Investment Round Completed + Phase 1 Commissioning Success!

NPT’s 2018 financing round was completed at £2m, sustaining the continuing installation and partial commissioning of our demonstration plant at Wilton International as well as continued R&D activities.

New investors joined the company, including a large investment from members of the Cambridge Angels syndicate. In addition to other new investors, the existing angels, directors and Par Equity supported the financing.

On the REFNOVA^®  demonstration plant, the feedstock intake system and hemi-cellulose hydrolysis unit, producing monomeric xylose liquor and cellulose-lignin solids, were completed and successfully commissioned in November 2018.
